Description

Issue Description
On the Welcome page shown after completing the Sign Up process, the welcome message displays the user’s email address instead of the agency name.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Complete the Sign Up process.
  2. Navigate to the Welcome page.
  3. Observe the welcome message text.

Expected Result
The welcome message should display the agency name instead of the user’s email address.

The welcome message displays the email address rather than the agency name.
