Issue Description
The auto parts listing page does not display a hover effect on item cards, unlike the car listing pages, where the entire card responds visually (e.g., slight movement or elevation) on hover.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application on a desktop browser (768 px+ width).
2. Navigate to the Auto Parts listing page.
3. Hover over any auto parts item card.
4. Compare the hover effect with the car listing pages.

Expected Result
Auto parts listing cards should display a consistent hover effect similar to car listing pages (e.g., slight movement or elevation).

Actual Result
No hover effect is visible on auto parts item cards.
