Description

On the About Us → Parts Inquiry page, the form data remains populated even after a successful submission, which may confuse users and lead to duplicate submissions.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to About Us → Parts Inquiry.
  2. Fill in all required fields.
  3. Submit the form successfully.
  4. Observe the form fields after submission.

Expected Result

The form fields should be cleared/reset after a successful submission.

Actual Result

The form data remains filled after submission.
