open[SQA] Incorrect failure message shown after successful password change in Profile Settings

Issue Description
When a user is signed in and navigates to Profile Settings → Change Password, the system displays a popup and alert message indicating that the password was not changed. However, despite this message, the password is actually updated successfully. This creates confusion, as the UI feedback does not reflect the actual system behavior.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Profile Settings.
- Select the Change Password option.
- Enter valid current and new password details.
- Submit the form and observe the popup and alert message.
Expected Result
A success message should be displayed when the password is changed successfully.
Actual Result
A failure popup and alert message are displayed indicating the password was not changed, even though the password is actually updated successfully.
