Description
The Favorites icon does not provide any visual feedback on hover. Adding a hover effect would enhance the user experience by clearly indicating that the icon is interactive.

Steps to Reproduce¶
- Log in to the application.
- Go to any any cars listing page
- Navigate to the Favorites section.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the Favorites icon.
- Observe the visual behavior.
Expected Result
The Favorites icon should display a hover effect (such as color change, highlight, or animation) to provide immediate visual feedback to the user.
Actual Result
No visual change or feedback is shown when hovering over the Favorites icon.
