Today, tested the international site and identified several functionality-related issues. Issues list:

1. 'Company Name' and 'VAT Number' fields – Unnecessarily present on the 'My Account - Details' page on the international site.

2. Discount coupon placeholder – Displays a placeholder image instead of a coupon logo.

3. Phone number format – Does not display a complete list of country selections on the international site.

4. Mandatory fields without indicators – On the 'My Account Details' page, phone and city fields are mandatory but lack visual indicators (e.g., asterisks).

5. Incorrect delivery charge pricing—For international orders to Bangladesh (BD), the delivery charge in dollars is higher than the actual product price.

6. Address name display issue—When multiple addresses are added, their names appear combined in the sales report (e.g., “Name 1, Name 2”).

7. Phone number field persistence – Does not clear the previously entered number when the country selection is changed.

8. Password visibility toggle – Missing icon to allow users to view the password for verification.

9. Poor form UI – Font size mismatch between labels and input fields, narrow input fields, and insufficient spacing between elements.

Summary:¶

Following retesting of previously resolved issues, several significant concerns were identified. These include items potentially overlooked by the development team and dependencies requiring client clarification. We have categorized these findings as either suggestions or bugs, prioritizing them based on their impact. A comprehensive list of these new issues that I have found is provided below.

• 134 About Us: "Read More" button not centered on mobile view. (Suggestion)

• 135 Shipping & Delivery: Express Delivery option missing in cart. (Bug)

• 136 Contact Us/Registration: Input validation needs to be applied to all fields. (Suggestion)

• 138 Distributor Application Form: Phone number field incorrectly marked as mandatory. (Bug)

• 140 Payment (Mobile): Delivery dropdowns blink continuously on real mobile devices. (Bug)

• 142 Home Page (Navbar): Inconsistent navbar styling - subitems not styled correctly. (Suggestion)

• 143 Connection & Security (Password): Missing password visibility toggle icon. (Suggestion)

• 144 My Orders (File Upload): File upload accepts all file types, should be PDF only. (Bug)
