openCR: [Dev]Structuring Heading Tags for PQS Web Pages
Description
Objective:¶
Define and standardize the heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3, etc.) for each page of the PQS Japan website to improve SEO and accessibility.

Success Criteria:¶
- Each page should follow a clear, consistent heading structure.
- H1 should be used only once per page.
- Subsections should be nested appropriately using H2 and H3.
- Paragraphs and other content should be logically placed under the correct headings.

Improved SEO, accessibility, and user experience on the PQS Japan website.
