Description
In the Enquiry Form, when a user changes the Country selection, the Port field does not update smoothly.
There is a noticeable delay before ports are displayed, during which:
- The Port field placeholder blinks.
- A temporary message “No ports available” appears, even though valid ports exist.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the Enquiry Form.
- In the Country field, select a country (e.g., Japan).
- Change the selection to a different country.
- Observe the behavior of the Port field.
Expected Result:
- In the Enquiry Form, the Port field should update quickly and smoothly after a country is selected.
- The placeholder should remain stable (no blinking).
- The “No ports available” message should only appear if no valid ports exist.
Actual Result:
- The Port field placeholder blinks when changing country.
- A temporary “No ports available” message appears before valid ports are loaded.
- Ports take noticeable time to display.
