After creating a new expense, the transaction appears in the Trial Balance but is missing from the Ledger. This inconsistency can lead to confusion during audits and affects traceability of financial entries.
Expected Behavior:¶
Once an expense is created (or approved, depending on workflow), it should appear in both the Ledger and Trial Balance with matching amounts and accounts.
