Description

We are experiencing frequent crashes across the entire application. At unpredictable points during usage — including login, navigation, user management, and product pages — the following error is shown:

Error Message (on screen):
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Notes:

This is not specific to a page or module — it happens globally.

It blocks workflow and requires a full refresh.

Issue often occurs during or after form submissions, page navigations, and dropdown interactions.
