Implement the frontend modals for the Tool Ownership Verification feature, focusing on the core UI and email verification flow:
1. Verification Modals:
  - Title and description.
  - Checkboxes for verification options (Embed code, Email, Upload file, Add a DNS record).
2. Email Verification Modal:
  - Title and description.
  - Label and input box for email verification code.
  - Button to send the verification code.
  - API integration with the backend endpoints.
3. Ensure responsive design.
4. Peer Review: Conduct peer review of the UI and functionality.
